Most of our orders are sent via handed parcel couriers however on the occasion your order is over sized or higher weight e. Pallet deliveries are booked in with yourself and the courier company therefore a date will be agreed. In most return cases we will ask for a photograph of the packaged item, this will act as a record for the item condition. Goods arriving to our warehouse in non-resalable condition or damaged will be rejected for return and you must raise the issue for damage compensation with your courier.
